The cons that come to mind are growing pains experienced by a typical small business. Those coming from a large company may find that they have to take on more responsibility than they may be used to. I would not recommend AVATAR to anyone that is not a self starter, that is not willing to take on more responsibility to ensure the overall success of the company, or anyone that does not thrive in a team environment with a fast pace.
