Pros
Avatar Partners is and innovative company containing to grow and supple superior products. Employees work together as a team, in a professional but laid back environment. Because it is a small company, learning opportunities are abundant and the ability to gain experience in a variety of areas is available.
Cons
Raises only with promotion/title change, but work results are more visible because it is a small company, therefore advancements are available.

From what i remember it was a tight-nit team, and several of the original members are still there. The owners are the top level managers here so if your into a small business this is your place. Happy they are doing well now and seems their current team is strong. Ill remind everyone that it takes time to build a solid foundation and have the right people in the right rolls. Best wishes to the original 281 team.
Cons
I would say the cons here are the slow level of advancement, but that is expected with a company that sits at 40+. When applying here shoot high for initial salary or hourly rate.
