Pros

Working here will make every other job seem great.

Cons

Horrible, toxic, demoralizing, and all-around horrible place to work. I previously wrote a glowing review of this place in exchange for a raise. What a mistake. Loyalty and dedication mean nothing to the sociopaths who run this company. They'll fire you on a whim even after you've sacrificed 8 years of your life to make them either wealthier. Avoid at all costs if you value your mental health and self- esteem.

A police report was filed on this employee because he threatened to kill the owner, her family, and one other employee. This employee worked for us for over eight years without ever a complaint. The company's needs changed, and we had to let this employee go. They were upset and viciously threatened the owner, family, and another employee. This review does not reflect the feelings of the other 40 employees in the company. We are genuinely sorry that this ended this way, as we had intended to give them a glowing review for their next employer.

Pros

It's near the beach and there's a McDonald's next door, but I hardly had time to go there.

Cons

The company is owned by a husband-wife duo. I didn't know that when I took the job. One would tell me one thing, then the other would tell me the opposite. I didn't last very long.

Pros

The folks who are retired Navy are the best. I respected them and every sacrifice they made in their service. They are pilots. I like pilots. One SME is probably not retired, but is a very high quality person who I enjoyed working with.

Cons

The worst thing is that they don't know when they have quality people.
