Pros

A challenging environment if you are into pushing yourself and finding out what you are made of. If you are one of those people who hate being bored at work and like learning something new everyday you can find that here. It’s a good transition step if you have a sales personality but want to become more technically sound.

Cons

They offer very little support to get you from point A to point B. People are very nice and friendly but very individualistic at the same time. A lot of turnover as well so a lot of institutional knowledge is gone. Lots of disorganization as well and segmentation across teams. Extremely disorganized “too many chiefs not enough Indians” environment.

Pros

1. good pay after negotiation at interview stage 2. remote working 3. some colleagues are good

Cons

1. poor internal infrastructure, tools and systems, no MS office suite, you send email via Mac mail, low investment on employee can be seen here 2. flatten org, poor management, you're recruited as Associate but actually work as Consultant (under-paid), QA as well as Project Management, a lot to coordinate and test on your own. 3. no team work, you're on your own 4. poor employee benefit 5. over-time work a LOT
