As a B-corp the management really take care of you and value you, perks are commission and allocation each month but also the people you work with! Definitely a sense of community with the other accounts. For training and events, we would have our trips covered and sometimes get complimentary service at the Selfridges Exchange like a Scalp & Style refresh with each new campaign.

Cons

Target Driven but that's a given in sales, so if you are motivated by KPI's and decent incentives like allocation, give it a go as you do get rewarded with career progression and pay rise.
