I worked at the pilot AIRPORT model at Minneapolis-Saint Paul Terminal 1. There is extensive training, constant feedback on your efforts, recognition of good work, and a closeknit group of people. I felt appreciated, paid well, and comfortable with selling product due to ongoing sales coaching.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at this time. I enjoyed my time working at this location.

Pros

Tons of training, not commission so you have a higher hourly rate and less stress of making goals, lots of volunteer opportunities through the company, really helpful coworkers, best gratis/discount I've ever had in cosmetics

Cons

since there is so much training it can be incredibly overwhelming at the beginning, product knowledge is way too detailed and it's really not necessary for everyday, my store was in the most empty mall ever and we never had any customers so corporate was always on our managers and then they were stressed and passed it on to us
