Benefits for part time Discount Bonus if you make your goals Most customers are friendly

Cons

Favoritism from management ASM targets you if you perform better than them or question them Company has been closing lots of locations= no room for growth Can’t accept tips for providing services If you make your goals but store doesn’t, you don’t get your bonus. Management has no accountability for themselves Corporate only cares about making their money, not the employees that are the ones making it for them Corporate raising their expectations while reducing payroll Management usually goes with “customer is always right” attitude to provide good “good customer service” leading to abuse of associates. Associates carry the weight of making stores goal Not much work life balance as you have to have flexible availability
