      Pros

      Friendly and helpful HR. Management was remote but very personable and accomodating. This company is the polar opposite of the "agressive, grease-ball, fill-the-slot" contracting companies. They care about their employees and make employees feel valuable. Decent benefits plan.

      Cons

      Low, non-competitive compensation rates. Did not see much potential for career growth.
