Working with Avening is great! I love my project manager and the company has a great culture of trying its best to provide anything to make its employees better at their job.

Cons

Working as a government contractor can be hard because you have to keep your work space and company matters separate. This also gives you twice as many bosses.

Avening Tech is a Women owned business. Lee Platt (CEO) really gets to know her teams, over the COVID19 Pandemic, she has shown as a true leader. They might seem small but their reach is pretty wide. They have a full set of benefits packages. They treat you like family and look out for their employees. Avening Tech even has friendly competitions, giving their employees all sorts of prizes. Constantly on the cutting edge of technology in a fast / ever growing industry. They truly are a great company to work for.
