Cons

Need to keep talented and hard working employees. Work like balance need to be improved. PTO is a lot. Just do not have time to use.

Pros

Aventiv is a great place to work, they have full remote options now which is fantastic and they offer a number of programs like flexible fridays that really help with work life balance which can be tricky when working from home.

Cons

Change is happening rapidly which is a good thing but there is still some pushback from more tenured employees.
