HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT. Micro-manage, gossip, "watch" you work, it is a horrible place that will have a very negative effect on your mental health. Seriously, pay attention to the reviews. They are true.

Very Unprofessional Upper Management

There are very few positives to highlight. Some team members try their best to support one another despite the environment.

Cons

This company has a deeply toxic culture driven by upper management. Confidentiality is not respected—sensitive information is frequently shared inappropriately, creating an environment where employees feel exposed and undervalued. Leadership often engages in gossip rather than fostering professionalism or trust. Communication is extremely poor across all levels of the organization. Expectations are unclear, directions change frequently, and there is little to no consistency in how information is delivered. As a result, employees are left confused about their roles and responsibilities, making it nearly impossible to succeed or feel confident in their work. The workplace culture is intrusive and chaotic. Boundaries are not respected, and there is a constant sense of disorder in daily operations. Instead of structure and support, employees are met with disorganization and unnecessary stress.
