Pros
Therapy staff are very dedicated despite challenging setting.
Cons
Significant pressure placed on therapists and facility rehab manager to attain high RUG's and high caseloads even when clinically questionable and at times clinically inappropriate or not skilled. At facility level, lack of supplies and equipment needed to do job and area mgr and upper mgmt not proactive enough with facility administration to improve this.
