Team environment is awesome. The company has some challenges but has the right people in play to make the right decisions. They care about employees. The direction that the company is going is great and there is a lot of opportunity right now.

Cons

The one thing they could work on is pay. Not terrible but not great.

Pros

The opportunities are there for those that make it known they want to work for them. You DO have to work hard and put in the hours. You DO need to prove yourself. I have worked here for over 10 years and watched this company grow, go through hard times, and explode to the point where we can't keep up with the business coming in. I put in the hours, I have put in the sweat and tears and it has paid off. The people are great to work with, my managers DO listen and I absolutely love my job.

Cons

We recently went through a system conversion which was painful at best. Hence all the negative comments below mine. We are still feeling some of the negative aspects of this move to the new system but they ARE getting better. People with low patience and who did not already love their job, would not have survived. The general increases could be better, but I think general increases across the country are 3-5% annually. Communication between depts. does need improvement. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution. Pick your side and make it happen, don't whine about what everyone else is doing wrong.
