Kind employees Can work remote Lots of great software & learning platforms to utilize Decent benefits through United Healthcare, etc

Cons

Have to be v’d to enter company building. No exceptions. Huge staff. 15 days PTO

Thank you for your feedback! We recognize that onboarding can sometimes be challenging, given how many steps need to be covered in toder to succesfully onboard a new employee. Between HR, IT, compliance, and department/job training, it's defintiely a lot. We always strive to streamline processes for our employees, and to not place demands on their time and resources more than absolutely necessary. We will continue looking for ways to condense and simplify onboarding for all. Thanks again for the valuable feedback.
