      Pros

      High growth SaaS company with a good product and market positioning. Good leadership, good corporate culture, lot's of up-side for growth potential. Lot's of hiring!

      Cons

      Fast paced, lots of work to do, things can change quickly, normal for high growth SaaS companies... but not for everyone.

We are aware of how this hypergrowth stage we are in can affect employees due to the fast-paced environment that demands employees adapt to change very frequently and quickly. This is much appreciated. We feel grateful for all our talented employees, who show their commitment to the company on a daily basis. We certainly hope that we are doing well in giving back and recognizing everyone's efforts. Our employees are our greatest strength and this belief fuels our culture, our goals, and our market development.

      Sometimes product out of touch with engineering needs (roadmap pushing for many new features when there is a need to invest in product stability)

      Great Opportunities for Career Advancement

      Pros

      Avetta really gives its employees the opportunity to challenge themselves everyday. These daily challenges help develop your skills at a rapid pace!

      Cons

      Company culture could be a little better. Would be nice if the company sponsored more events for employees to build relationships. This wasn't true even before social distancing.
