      The #1 reason I love working here is the PEOPLE. From the top down, the organization is full of amazing individuals. I am truly motivated and inspired from those around me - the Avetta team challenges me, encourages me, and has given me the opportunity to truly excel in my career. Avetta invests in their people - from employee lunches, culture club events, internal Sales Leadership conference, Holiday Party (at the MONTAGE!), Angel games, swag, I could go on and on. Avetta truly values their people.

      Pros

      Once again we had an amazing holiday party! Avetta shows how much they appreciate their employees and their hard work. They are always looking for more ways to award employees for their contributions to the company. I am looking forward to 2017 as I know it will be a great year for Avetta!!

      From the moment I joined Avetta, the support I've received is just incredible - this organization has a true team spirit all focused on achieving the same objective; to be the best in this industry. Colleagues will go out of their way to assist, while the management team has a positive, inspirational and educational approach, which is rare indeed. Benefit packages are exceptional and make you feel valued. It's exciting to be a part of a thriving company, experiencing significant growth - if you have the opportunity to join this team, I'd recommend you jump in without hesitation - opportunities like this are few and far between!
