Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that you valued our corporate culture — creating a workplace where employees feel engaged, supported, and appreciated is something we’re deeply committed to. We're sorry to hear that our benefits package didn’t meet your expectations. We welcome feedback and would love to better understand where you feel improvements could be made. Currently, we offer four competitive medical plans with 75–90% premium coverage for full-time employees, along with HSA/FSA options, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and a wide range of auxiliary benefits and perks at reduced rates. Our employee advocate team, free employee assistance programs, and recognition and rewards offerings are all designed to enhance the employee experience. Each year, we work hard to secure competitive rates and access to top-tier providers. Regarding paternity leave — while we recognize that two weeks may be less generous than what some larger tech companies offer, it remains consistent with what’s provided by other local employers (e.g., Vivint). That said, we view benefits as one part of a total rewards package that includes competitive salaries, a strong track record of job security, and a commitment to maintaining bonuses and raises even during economically challenging times. Lastly, we’re proud that many employees cite our bi-weekly company standups as a highlight — a space where transparency, connection, and cross-functional updates help build alignment. We’re sorry they didn’t resonate with you and appreciate you sharing your perspective. We wish you the very best in your next chapter and thank you again for your contributions during your time with us.
