      Great company who has done so much for the staff

      Pros

      I like what the company is doing. I am so surprised when I hear other people say there are no pros. That is ridiculous. The company has done so much for employees including the following over the last year. Outstanding benefit package - best I have ever seen Quarterly update meetings Rapid growth over the last 6 months included multiple internal promotions Many of the staff members are so passionate Company paid Angels baseball games Company paid Knott’s Berry Farm outing Great Christmas Party Paid week off between Christmas and New Years Christmas bonus based upon years of service. Fun Fridays Numerous free lunches Food in break room

      Some growing pains but they are aware

      Pros

      People are generally nice and kind. Free snacks. Good medical, dental plan.

      Cons

      Everything here is based on corporate greed, numbers and employees are simply commodities. People here are good people. They are too naive to deal with those clever yet evil executives and investors. They love naive people. People don't question them, don't have doubt to them, and work hard and bring money every month. People are so naive that easily pleased with free snacks and cheap entertainment. Who wouldn't love such loyal working bees? Average employees life is not getting better after all changes. While the investors and executives receiving a big fat check, we suffer in daily life. Forced to work on the second job to support a family. Sorry for those many employees had let go. Their life were jeopardized but this company didn't care. Execs don't feel sorry, though they may say sorry. Because employees are commodities. We are expendable, nothing better than nuts and bolts. Couldn't stand the fake smile and fake 'thank you' speech.

      It's Never Been Better... Avetta is More Betta!

      What we stand for as a company and what we do everyday, is the best thing about us! Professional growth opportunities here are endless; many examples where employees have been promoted to roles that best fit their strengths - customization Amazing co-workers with similar work ethic and values; there is passion for what we do in every department Caring culture where deserving employees are recognized and the company is consistently giving to them; recently established an "Avetta Voice" where new employees are globally onboarded and promotions are posted, we have a complete new benefits package, we have catered lunches once a month with a Fun Friday theme, internal events, etc. Building; easy and free parking, location right off 2 freeways, redecorated with rebrand, open collaborative layout, multiple stocked kitchens

      Cons

      Internal communication from the executive staff down to management is lacking from a higher level perspective - let's find a way to keep employees in the know with what effects them
