      Very exciting time to be working at Avetta. The re-branding is a wonderful opportunity to reach out to clients old and new. Great company, great people, fantastic product and services!

      Pros

      Through the growth of the company (formerly PICS Auditing) and now to the rebranding as Avetta, there is a level of excitement that is unmatched. Leadership, though new, has spearheaded the elevation of this Company and the opportunities (internally and externally) are amazing. I am exited to be apart of such a high functioning Organization! The compensation and benefits are some of the best I have seen in other Organizations. The environment is dynamic and involved in many verticals so it allows for knowledge across industries.

      Cons

      Fast-paced growth requires resources and out-of-the-box thinking. Keeping up with growth and new industry requirements becomes a challenge if resources are limited.

      Pros

      I have worked for many companies throughout my career and i can honestly say that Avetta feels like home. Avetta is THE hottest software company in Orange county and there is SO much potential and growth opportunity. The culture here is amazing and everyone who works here is so nice and welcoming. Truly a collaborative and amazing team. The executive and management team really cares about the employees and goes above and beyond to make them feel valued and happy. There are no egos here. If you work here, you're a roll up your sleeves and get it done kind of person. There are constantly fun activities and events that are hosted by the company to show appreciation. There is so much opportunity to grow and learn and advance in your career. Avetta is also really big on promoting from within. I love working here and am excited for Avetta's future
