PICS has great people and company values. They have great flexibility and are understanding. There is a monthly budget for office snacks. The clientele at PICS are very friendly and motivated to work with you.

Cons

Currently there are several changes happening at the company - growing pains - which are necessary for company success.

Good company to work for with encouragement from management to grow within the business. Great staff globally who are always willing to help. Fun and exciting times to be working with a company that is growing fast.

Cons

Communication across all global offices are getting much better but still need to improve on processes and procedures so that they mirror head office.
