      Pros

      Good company culture where they make an effort to keep employees happy with company events, food, lunches, theme days etc. Excellent health benefits with one of the best PPO plans I've seen. Fairly open about results/news etc.

      Cons

      Internal systems not as mature as they need to be to scale at rate company is already doing which is causing back end issues when it comes to fully understanding the business. Company is aggressively working to fix these issues however so will not be a problem for long.

      Pros

      Great Company, great leadership team that support and provide a great environment to work with a truly awesome team of people. CEO and the Exec team through to the managers provide great interactive mentoring and consultative management. Learning and executing is ingrained in everything we do. Love coming to work and working with a great bunch of guys and girls and crushing it. Product development is awesome.

      Cons

      Growing fast so keeping up with new team members a great challenge to have - refining processes actively occurring and closes out bugs. No real Cons.

      Very solid business model with strong clients and terrific outlook for future growth. Stable company with good leadership and clear vision for the marketplace. Great opportunity to make a difference in a growing organization and leave your mark

      I haven't been here long enough to notice any, but as of right now, there are no cons that i can see.
