      Pay is ok, but no oportunity for promotions or carrer advancement

      Pros

      Great pay and awesome team to report to, but once you go any higher than direct superiors, that's where it gets really interesting

      Cons

      In terms of career advancement, we have SDRs that have been here for over 7 years, only 2 promotions in the last 5 years

      Pros

      Positives supportive culture that is keenly interested in employees opinions and ideas. A strong organization well positioned to grow within an evolving business space. The company is still relatively small giving all employees the opportunity to be heard and to help influence and shape the company as it grows. Strong executive leadership. Great benefits and work environment.

      Cons

      The company is growing and evolving so practices and policies are evolving as the organization strives to become more efficient and to grow. This can be viewed as a con, but really is a Pro for anyone with the vision to see where this company is headed. Come help influence its direction and growth.

      Pros

      Avetta is the most supportive company I have worked for, providing the most motivating role I have had in my career yet. Being part of a Global team provides exposure and experience that few roles actually can, whether it be exposure to business practice or truly great people. Senior management have a gift in being able to foster a culture of growth and opportunity, meaning Avetta is an extremely enjoyable place to work.

      Time Zones are sometimes difficult to accommodate being a Global company
