      A lot of hot air and mistrust!

      Pros

      Great worker-bee employees! They work so hard and are committed to the company. Growing in a lot of ways.. In some ways starting to act like a grown up company.

      Cons

      Execs are a problem. Too bad the execs are not committed to the employees like the employees are committed to the company. CPO, CFO and CEO are not be to trusted. They target employees and betray trust given to them. Communication is terrible and not trustworthy. Company laid off so many employees only to hire back more that double the amount of people let go. Spending so much money unnecessarily.

      Pros

      Love the feeling of being able to make a difference in an organization. PICS delivers this on a daily basis. While the company is positioning to become market leader on a global scale, there are exciting ideas being executed upon which will drive differentiation, keep this going. Also a big fan of the new exec team. Easy to get behind leaders who have been here before, know what works, and are pushing hard to make needed change.

      Cons

      Hard to invest in everything all at once, but I would like to see more emphasis put on training so people can be successful in their role.

      Management team is unified - Product/Marketing/Sales/Account Management work well together Groundwork is being created for growth Leadership has a solid short term and long term strategic plan There is a great culture - lots of fun activities

      Cons

      Just like many growing technology companies there has been changes. I feel we have reached a level of stability and are positioned for growth.
