      Pros

      Great people, excellent benefits, in process of a wonderful culture change, sky is the limit for future growth and opportunity. PICS has hired amazing talent.

      Cons

      CFO is a road block to the business. Challenges of equity and inconsistent polices and behavior create major difficulties to treating people fairly and respectfully and is the antithesis of the bulture being created. Work life balance non existent for CFO team.

      PICS is a young & dynamic company that's at the cutting edge of supply-chain risk management and the world of SaaS and cloud software. People are friendly, and customer focused. It is growing rapidly and has a strong global footprint. It is an inclusive and fun culture with lots of opportunities for personal development and growth.

      Cons

      PICS is a rapid growth stage, transitioning from a start-up to large software company. It's fast moving, fluid and dynamic, which can make a wild ride. It's at the center of transforming safety and sustainability across the worldwide supply chain. You have to like moving fasting and running hard.

      Pros

      I am very new to PICS (3 months), hence only 4 stars. I have so much more to learn about the Company before I can give a valuable rating. However, in my short time at PICS, I have found it to be a very dynamic, growing Company, that seems to look after its Employees and offer fantastic training and development opportunities to improve their knowledge and skill set. Following a recent visit to Perth by the CEO & CPO, I am very excited about hearing of the Company's plans for the future and also the development of my role within PICS.

      Cons

      As I said, its early days. There have been some teething issues due to staff changes in the U.S. However, we are working through these issues and I think we are all on the same page with wanting to improve processes, improve efficiency and be the best that we can be!
