      Nice office, and facilities. Good company, and company mission and purpose.

      Cons

      Lack of local leadership in Calgary. We had an individual who led and managed the office, and our support operation who left the company last year and there has been a void in local leadership since.

      Technical teams are understanding and ensure work-life balance. Many exciting technologies are being worked on in parallel which can give you multiple options to work on.

      Some processes can be improved to improve efficiency but nothing too serious.
