      Pros

      This is a great time to be a part of PICS. There are promising changes ahead at employee level and the company as a whole. I appreciate being with a team that is transparent with their employees considering the changes that happened earlier this year. Company also encourages camaraderie amongst it's employees and a positive, spirited company culture. They do a good job in welcoming new hires. Unlike my previous employer, the Exec team is definitely approachable. PICS is in a lucrative industry and they believe each department, each employee, has a hand in the growth and success.

      Inter department communication and relationships could be improved.

      Dynamic, rapid growth companies are built by staff that are flexible, committed and can over deliver. Those that can't shouldn't apply!

      Pros

      The people are a huge positive to working here. Everyone is friendly, intelligent, enthusiastic about the company and easy to get along with- dedicated individuals with a true passion for what they do. Management is approachable, down to earth, like minded people that make coming into work everyday so much more exciting. Casual work environment, fun team outings, themed Fridays, healthy snacks, catered lunches once a month.

      Cons

      New executive staff are mixing things up, however most people at the company embrace change, which is refreshing and necessary as there are frequent changes and restructuring recently.
