Thank you for your review; we’re glad to hear our employees enjoy our snack selection! But we also know it takes more than snacks to build a great company. The growth at PICS over the past 24 months has been unprecedented. Like other expanding companies, PICS experienced some growing pains. As for the recent changes and additions to the executive management team, the goal was and is to create world-class leadership for the next phase in the company’s journey. It’s not an easy process, but we’re pleased to report it’s working! However, we know that leadership can only drive results with great talent executing its strategy. As such, we’re investing heavily in professional development and mobility programs to create an environment in which our employees grow and thrive.
