Not many good lunch places nearby.. But within a 5 min drive one can find many places

Small company that has been in business for 10+ years and has received an infusion of cash from a venture capital company and is expanding.

Cons

CTO and VP of Engineering have left the company, CEO will be moving on to a new role and a new CEO is replacing him, the CFO has recently resigned. Considerable change in a very short period of time.
