      Pros

      Working remote with flexibility for a great work life balance. The opportunity to work with several different types of industries and evaluate their safety programs helps with professional knowledge. Management is flexible and cares about their employees. They are always available to answer questions.

      Cons

      PTO is less than my former employer.
