      -Manager had genuine interest in my success -Work/life balance -Team was genuinely great to work with

      Cons

      -Benefits were subpar, didn’t feel comparable to the industry -Didnt feel supported by the SMT and often felt “indebted” -Goals had zero substance and a “you find a way to get there” attitude was present -Initial training was lacking -Often times felt political beliefs were pushed and not to be questioned

      Zero Help from management

      N/A. Nothing good sorry guys.

      Spent my first three months as a brand new SDR with no manager. One week of training and I was sent to the wolves at 75% quota. Company grew far too fast for its own good and the employees are feeling the hurt. Also never granted me an exit interview because they were afraid of my answers.
