Pros

I had a very good team. The CEO regularly holds all hands meetings to keep everybody appraised as to what is going on. Company has a good direction and is growing.

Cons

I was fired after over 6 years with only positive reviews and no prior warnings of any kind for texting a coworker a joke win innuendo so mild that the unemployment investigation found I was not at fault. Having attended harassment training dozens of times there was no way my single comment warranted termination and the unemployment investigation proves that.
