      Avetta has built an empowering company for employees and has provided streamlined processing for their clients.

      Cons

      There was many changes with in the organization which added more workload to departments, however this is something we all anticipated.

      I'm a Full Time employee at Newcastle, NSW (Australia) and I find it a good place to work. It's a good environment with good people around.. that is encouraging work productivity and keep maintaining a reasonable work/life balance.

      Pros

      I'm thrilled to contribute to a company that's expanding and embracing AI-generated services. The flexibility to set my schedule and meet KPIs at my own pace ensures a satisfying work-life balance. The benefits and insurance options, especially HSA and ROTH contributions, are commendable. The management team have extensive knowledge and experience and are always willing to help support their team in any capacity.

      Cons

      There's room for improvement in streamlining interactions with suppliers and clients. Looking forward to seeing the new plan materialize, aiming to enhance the efficiency of the manual audit workflow in the near future.
