      Pros

      Avetta has provided me many opportunities to grow professionally not only due to the "promote from within" mentality but also the professional education reimbursement program. The focus on employees and team synergy is prevalent. Not only are there fun regular employee events but some positions have the ability to work from home. Those with whom I work are typically happy to engage and help in whatever they can. Simply put, Avetta is a great place to work.

      Cons

      There has been quite a bit of change over the last year. Change is typically not easy to experience in most organizations however at Avetta it has been very productive, has created a "let's do great things together" attitude and has further developed a engaged employee culture.

      Exciting time of Growth!

      Pros

      Through the growth of the company (formerly PICS Auditing) and now to the rebranding as Avetta, there is a level of excitement that is unmatched. Leadership, though new, has spearheaded the elevation of this Company and the opportunities (internally and externally) are amazing. I am exited to be apart of such a high functioning Organization! The compensation and benefits are some of the best I have seen in other Organizations. The environment is dynamic and involved in many verticals so it allows for knowledge across industries.

      Cons

      Fast-paced growth requires resources and out-of-the-box thinking. Keeping up with growth and new industry requirements becomes a challenge if resources are limited.
