      Exciting technology company that continues to grow and improve

      Pros

      Executive Leadership practices an open door policy and is very focused on employee satisfaction and makes it a priority to ensure employees are well supported. Individuals have unrestricted ability to make meaningful impacts on the business and develop solutions and can make a very real impact on the success of the company and specific customers. Exciting but stable environment for someone looking to build a career in the software product space.

      Cons

      Company culture has startup roots that that makes for some relatively immature processes that do not scale well. There are some technology restrictions that are unnecessary and should be improved. Atypical corporate structure for a software as a service company can make cross department initiatives challenging.

      Career development at its finest

      Pros

      Management truly cares about helping you succeed in your aspirations. Promotions are never promised but helping people put grow and putting themselves into better positions for consideration is a focus management has always demonstrated. This company does not demand your all, but it does demand your best. If you're goal and task oriented this would be a good match. Collaboration from within has sparked some of our best ideas. Not only through executive level collaboration, but from our entry level jobs all the way up to the top. One of the few companies I've actually enjoyed coming in to work for every day.

      Cons

      As with most companies that experience rapid growth, scalability and inter-departmental communication can concerning. Nothing that can't be worked through though.
