Just “Meh”

-Manager had genuine interest in my success -Work/life balance -Team was genuinely great to work with

Cons

-Benefits were subpar, didn’t feel comparable to the industry -Didnt feel supported by the SMT and often felt “indebted” -Goals had zero substance and a “you find a way to get there” attitude was present -Initial training was lacking -Often times felt political beliefs were pushed and not to be questioned

Great Office with amazing view

Cons

The kitchen is small and they do 15-30-15 minute breaks instead of just one hour.
