Pros

They are a medium sized, quickly growing, so there's a lot of energy, good talent, camaraderie that goes with a winning team. People are very nice, very open to suggestion, guidance, and good ideas Not a "fiefdom" kind of situation; people are willing to work cross boundaries. They are really trying to live the "one company" idea. The company mission is very aligned with my ideals.

Cons

As a growing company, they are still working to adopt some mature processes...it is a work in process, but everyone seems up to the challenge!

Pros

Everyone at Avetta has been helpful and welcoming. There is a culture of not only assisting everyone but focus on employees' development within their role and the organization. Pay and benefits are excellent.
