Leadership cares about the growth of the employees. Focus on growing internally instead of prioritizing hiring outside. People are on top of things.

Cons

Inter-department collaboration can be challenging, but still more productive and effective than a lot of growing companies.

Pros

It is rare to work in a corporate environment where you feel 100% backed by your management team. That level of support is even harder to achieve when working in a remote set up. I am so happy to have found this kind of environment at Avetta.
