Pros

-We work hand in hand with some of the best talent there is in construction technology. -Avicado team members are intelligent, friendly and collaborative. -Many clients are interesting and pleasant to work with. -Management is very open to feedback. -There are fantastic opportunities for career growth. -There is an ample supply of interesting technical work.

Cons

No real cons but the following points might not appeal to everyone: -The environment is fast paced and very fluid. -The learning curve for some roles can be steep. -It is a 100% remote company.

- Flexible schedule with lots of autonomy and trust. - A High EQ Leadership team that practices by example and puts people first. - Coworkers are collaborative, respectful, and have a shared mission - Transparent and Accountability driven, we work as a team to always improve

Cons

The work environment at first was a bit uncomfortable, but only because my past environments were not as open to feedback. It was challenging to learn how to be open about needs, blockers, and be vulnerable in a work environment.
