Generally, People are not behaved fairly. None of our works are acknowledged. Even though we work overtime and try our best to keep everything perfect. On the other hand you realize that some people with less experience and school degree are getting much more salary and get promotions. But our requests are always getting rejected and we lose our motivations. It is completely unfair The responsible people dont care about keeping their people People who worked there and learned a lot. They just let them leave them easily while they can respect their concerns and somehow solve it and change their decision. They dont care that they have to spend more time and money to get new people and teach them. Each time someone leaves. We get discouraged and start thinking to do the same thing
