Great benefits and good for getting experience right out of school.

Cons

Low end of pay scale, management doesn't take complaints seriously and does not communicate well, discourages employee friendships, not a modern or healthy work place, poor work/life balance for salaried employees, little thanks for employees who work holidays and overtime, and lots of issues with cross department communications.
