Inexperienced management with only small company clinical research experience, not willing to improve and learn best ways to conduct clinical trials according to GCP.

Pros

Small company with opportunity for advancement if you are willing to be a team player, take initiative, and deliver ‘on-time’. Employee’s efforts are very visible to and acknowledged by executive management. The working environment is casual but efficient. Technical leadership is very strong. Most important: leadership believes in and has passion for the product they are developing and this core value is shared with everyone. Compensation package is in line with small biotech.

Cons

Small company with expectation to wear multiple hats - challenging but provides opportunity to develop more marketable skills (so really not a negative).
