Remote work allowed. direct management taking care.

Cons

Bought by STG, cutting in cost. Ge rid of Paris Office and spanish office. Coworking place are not arranged for everybody. No place to meet colleagues anymore. No bonus anymore. No work anniversary program recognition anymore. Getting rid of people with product knowledge. Products are less reliable ( Mediacomposer)

Great products and nice people

Cons

Management is not listening to what people are saying. CEO is all about profit but is not technically based. It's a shame. AVID has some cool products but the leadership is not switched on
