      Shared services Can have your things and phone with you

      Poor management Favoritism The manager is hauling for their friends inside the company The controller is manipulative and micromanages the people and if its not in her favor, you are the apple of her eyes. Expect that she will bring you worst nightmares.

      Good balance of work and family life.

      Cons

      If you are not a Director or above, then you do not matter. Avid should learn to value their employees at all levels from a compensation perspective instead of playing favorites.
