There is zero direction - no matter what anyone says internally. The CEO keeps saying we have a plan, but are keeping it quiet. I suspect there really is no plan - that discussion point can only continue for so long. I think STG probably overpaid and is now stuck not knowing what to do. It’s hard to imagine things turning around with all the layoffs and not reinvesting in our products, which will lead to a slow spiral. My belief is they will attempt to turn things around, but eventually pivot to sell off the parts and break up the business. They can probably sell the parts for more than the whole.

Benefits are poor and not growing as it was promised to be. Pay increase is way below market. No importance given or even service awards for employees. Managers are usually ok but offshore ones are meh. And the secret layoffs are insane!
