Work is not boring on the most part, kinda fun to have peers and managers who do the coding while saying they all came from the music industry and started as musicians. Open minded direct managers giving all the freedom you can handle about your ideas and how to implement them.

Cons

I don't find any cons worth mentioning. Though it was sad to note that by reading other reviews it's easy to see all people tend to share the same narrative - upper level management is not good. An increasing disconnect between engineering and management was exactly the reason previous company I worked for got broke.
