Pros

Tough one! I'm not sure there are any left. CEO has taken everything he possibly can from the employees and admitted that he was surprised that he didn't get more people to quit. Great people, Flexible work hours A great product that can do some amazing things in an exciting industry

Cons

CEO and upper Management. Doing your job plus one or two ex coworkers job. No direction. No increase in pay. No future. Can't dispute anything in fear of losing your job even though you know you are right. His way or the highway. Could go on and on.

Pros

Salary was realy good. Technology is also good and the market position too.

Cons

Management changes quickly. So no longterm relationship with customers possible. New market positioning "Avid everywhere" is just a nice story, but I don't see real products and solutions behind it. AVID still need more openess and more integration into other market solutions.

Products are reliable as long as they are used within the narrow range of supported workflows. Pay is good, but quality of life is next to nothing.

Cons

If Avid was a child, it would hold its breath to get its way. Infighting and stubborn treatment of customers and employees is a daily frustration.
