Work from home set up or hybrid at the most.

Cons

Benefits are poor and not growing as it was promised to be. Pay increase is way below market. No importance given or even service awards for employees. Managers are usually ok but offshore ones are meh. And the secret layoffs are insane!

Once Great Company Turned Sour By New Owners.

- Some of the company has WFH - What's left of those who haven't been laid off are solid folk at the manager level and lower. - Top Entertainment Companies and Leaders still use the products this company produces.

Cons

- Poor Senior Leadership, SVPs, and Directors, many of them seem out of there depth. - The employees who have not yet been laid off are being overworked to death, taking on multiple full job roles of individuals who have been laid off due to poor decision-making. - Poor work-life balance (expected to work 12-hour days and be available on an on-call basis). - No raises (performance or cost of living) and no bonuses this year, the first time in years this has happened. - No idea why individuals are being laid off other than as a cost-saving exercise.
