I've been here >20 yrs. I agree with many of the negative things said in earlier reviews - the ship was sinking - but most Bay Area reviews are 5+ yrs old. Many things are different now. Our finances have been improving for more than a year. Our products are simply cool and are selling well. They enable the livelihoods of thousands of creative professionals who passionately want our products to do well and get better. We are hiring again and it's been years since we've had major attrition or layoffs. Our new CEO, Jeff R, has earned respect inside and outside the company while improving the exec team around him. Product Management and Eng have a healthy, functional relationship. Eng has begun having more bandwidth for process and tool improvements, not just feature development and bug fixing. In summary, the vibe on the product development team is good and getting better.
