Pros

My recruiter was Alana and I've been thoroughly impressed with her work. She held my hand through the whole process and has been invaluable in regards to onboarding and feeling supported by Avispa. Excited to continue the relationship with this company!

Cons

The only disappointing difference between the two contracting companies I've worked with was one offered PTO and paid holidays and this one doesn't. However, it's just based on company policies so I can't fault them!

Avispa Technology is a third party contractor and they were able to help me get a temp job at UCSF which for anyone who needs to get their foot in the door in healthcare, Avispa is a great agency. Alana, who was my recruiter, helped me out a lot during the hiring process and throughout my stay with them.

Cons

I had a temp job so pay wasn't the best
