I really enjoy working for Avispa. The company itself, as well as management, are very communicative, organized, kind, understanding and overall super team oriented. When you first start they train you step by step and are very helpful throughout the entire process, and even after training they are always there to help you along the way. The benefits are also great as you can receive health benefits and 401K. Overall an awesome company to work for

Onboarding was smooth and relations with the recruiter was a great process. If there were questions that you needed, they would be answered quick and informatively. Jhonny made the recruiting process easy and when I had to end my contract way earlier than expected, made the process easy and painless. It was unfortunate that I couldn’t stay for the whole contract, but I bit too much than I could handle.
